Lower Mainland Service Areas
The Fraser Valley is beautiful and vast. In the north, the region begins in the Boston Bar area and ends on the western borders of Abbotsford and Mission. Technically speaking, it doesn’t include anything from Langley to Vancouver. Therefore it’s most fitting to define our service area as the Lower Mainland. Especially since we don’t plan on advertising our soft washing solutions anywhere close to Hell’s Gate. As our business is located in Abbotsford BC, we mainly operate here, in Chilliwack, and Langley. That being said, we frequently do work outside of these three cities. Our service area includes Vancouver and the rest of the metro areas too.
Indexing in the top three rainiest cities of the country, Abbotsford is home to no shortage of moss, mould and mildew of incredible variety. Thanks to the additions of Sumas, Matsqui and Aldergrove, Abbotsford is the largest city by land area in the province of British Columbia . Despite the abundance of tough development policy, the city is seeing much growth of new houses, condos, and businesses. While the city is quiet in comparison to a big metropolis, it’s a unique bustling blend of farm and city life. Surrounded by mountains, it’s a gorgeous place to be during the summer, but very dark in the winter because of the trapped in clouds. The City of Langley and Langley Township together form what everyone simply calls Langley. Immediately to the west of us in Abbotsford, they are closer to Vancouver, have three times the golf courses, and a slightly smaller population. Langley has several amazing family-oriented neighbourhoods. Many of them are still surrounded by beautiful evergreens. Mission is quietly situated to the north of Abbotsford across the mighty flow of the Fraser River. It’s not the region of choice for those needing big city luxuries. It is, however, outfitted with a Canadian Tire which is just about all a Canadian country bumpkin could ask for. For outdoor mountainous activities, it’s an oasis. There are no indoor malls or Costcos. Many new and impressive custom homes have been built on the foothills of surrounding mountains. Housing projects like Wren + Raven and others along the Cedar Valley Connector have added a sizeable number of new family homes to Mission.
