With the Fraser River to the north, and Washington USA to the south, Langley is spread over a large area. The communities of Walnut Grove, Fort Langley, and Murrayville, are some of the most desirable places to live in the area. Many homes are surrounded by cedar, pine and other trees. These can cause for a lot of falling debris to collect around houses and on top of roofs. Debris and lots of rain are among the most common reasons for regular soft washing and power washing here.
TWU Ubuntu Pavilion Clean & Seal

The Story
Recently completed was the outdoor Ubuntu Pavilion at Trinity Western University. Even though fresh, the concrete slab had already managed to collect coffee stains, and others on it. We were tasked with cleaning the concrete and then to re-seal it afterwards. This was a great project for our new company. We we able to soft wash the concrete successfully, although some stains were quite pesky. We then we applied a slightly tinted sealant to protect the surface from staining and to make it easier to clean in the future.
