We are a full-scale soft washing service. We clean just about any surface on or around the exterior of your home. We also offer commercial services for builders, property managers, and business owners. We’re located in central Abbotsford and offer our service throughout the Lower Mainland. Our Process

The initial process starts with a surface assessment. Once we have sufficient information, we can then devise a cleaning strategy that best suits your property. We supply you with clear information on what needs to be done along with exact pricing. If our quote is accepted, we work together on the scheduling details to have your home or building cleaned.

How Cost is Calculated

Pricing is primarily based on the square footage of a specific surface. We also consider other factors such material type, the quantity and kind of bacteria, and the accessibility of the surface. Each material requires different cleaning products, and different bacteria determines how much of it will be needed.
